This 22,000 square ft “think tank” features 22-foot-high ceilings, polished concrete floors & wood timber construction. Tenants enjoy customizable studio spaces centered around a grand communal gallery that adjoins to a turnkey runway for fashion shows, and a 30×20 cyclorama stage that can be used for photo shoots, green screen video, and more. The space is also available to outside parties (on a rental basis) for photo shoots, fashion shows, gallery showings and special events.

With over 15 years experience Mike Vargas blends his insatiable need for creativity and technology with deep passions for business, people and culture. Since founding Digital Events in 2000, Mike has serviced a myriad of international companies, prestigious ad agencies and television networks with world class design and integrated media solutions. In addition to providing brand consultation and concept to finish production support services, Mike has instilled a client-focused ethos that builds TRUST between brands and their customers.
In 2006 Mike designed Cluster Studios, a renovated a 22,000 square foot warehouse which is now one of Denver’s largest creatively inspired shared work spaces. Cluster Studios is home to a variety of artisans, new media professionals and businesses that find ways to collaborate, share ideas, and exchange resources.
An entrepreneur and artist at heart, Mike started Digital Events by shooting and producing videos during New York Fashion Week. Quickly, his technical skills and passion for arts flourished along with his business. Within a year, he was producing branded content for some of the nation’s top fashion designers, make up companies, and broadcast networks.
Mike was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and began experimenting with graphic design, computer programming, and the web in the late 1980s. Today Mike nurtures a vast network of cream of the crop production talent, broadcast networks, advertising, studio and capital investors that he acknowledges as a backbone for the genesis of ideas.
